Our Team.

We are all senior coaches with over 500 hours of coaching experience. Each  of us embraces the motto of Transform Coaching:



Miles: An energetic, creative, and empathetic coach and group trainer skilled at building trust and rapport at all levels including C-suite. Prior to coaching he worked as a both consultant for myself and for other consultancies. Over his previous 16 year corporate facing career I carried out long term projects across Pharma, FMCG, Financial Services and Hospitality. He speaks French and Spanish. Miles runs 100 mile ultra-marathons and is dad to 3 young children.


He owns another business which provdes wellbeing programmes called The Wellbeings People. He also is co-founder of a B2C wellbeing business called Wellbeing Sauce

Natalia: Natalia has over a decade of experience in coaching and leadership development for top global business schools, such as London Business School and IESE in Spain. Natalia’s mission is to support leaders in their ambition to marry profitable business decisions with inner drive for integrity & positive transformation. Her coaching clients are industry leaders. Natalia speaks six languages and is as keen on economics and global trade as she is on yoga and art.

Peter: A ​Strategic Business Development Consultant and Board Advisor. Peter was formerly senior Royal Air Force officer, leader, engineer, and programme director. He is an experienced leadership coach who adopts a person-centred approach and empathy to create trusting relationships and a safe environment for his coaching; he operates from middle management up to the C-suite level.
Peter's extensive international, military, and civilian experience in multi-faceted cross-functional roles which equips him to support leaders who operate within dynamic and complex environments. He is a trustee at Hounds for Heroes. Peter holds a  ILM L-7 in Executive Leadership Coaching.

David: Is a visiting Fellow Cranfield University and Coach at 'Be the Business'.

David is a Chartered Engineer and a Fellow of The Institution of Engineering and Technology (IET) where he has held a number of Board level positions including Chair of the IET Council, where he led a multi-national group from across the world to provide advice and assistance to the Board of Trustees.  Alongside this, David has also held Board level roles in the Engineering Council as the Deputy CEO as well as in the nuclear/aerospace private sectors providing leadership in developing and delivering their strategies.  Based very much on an open and collaborative approach, he has also success coached and mentored fellow Board members over a number of years with the Coast to Capital LEP and ‘Be the Business’. 


David has also been delivering leadership training since the late 80’s and his years of experience are matched only by his passion for new techniques and approaches to developing both the experienced and newer managers.  From theories and practices gained through Ashridge Business School and the Institute for Manufacturing (IfM), University of Cambridge he has a breadth of fantastic strategies and tactics to offer leaders.


Nigel: has 22 years in customer facing roles, managing internal and external stakeholders, This includes 12 years: In EMEA start-ups, Leading/building businesses, and scaling teams​  During the past 12 years this experience has been enriched by holding senior leadership roles in start-up EMEA branches of USA based software companies, namely in Managing Director and VP Sales roles. His unique style of communication is a blend of inspirational, empathetic and highly collaborative, this has enabled him to bring teams together to achieve great results for the business and those individual contributors. Nigel has a true passion in helping those determine their own strengths and increase performance, this includes internal stakeholder management, cross functional team liaison and external customer communications. During his career, he has coached and mentored dozens of team members who have described him as friendly, approachable and motivating.

Nick: As a former paratrooper and specialist paramedic, he has a unique understanding of leadership, team dynamics and performing under intense pressure. He has over 17 years’ experience in clinical medicine, performance, and fitness.

He has two little ones and guides charity trips up Kilamanjaro!

Julie: Background is in Human Resources, with senior experience in facilities management, engineering, energy, manufacturing, retail, sales, and marketing sectors. She re-trained as a coach 7 years ago and has a wealth of coaching experience for charities, & in the public sector.

Julie is Chair of the Board of Trustees for CHIPS charity.

Steve: 17 years coaching experience and a qualified coaching supervisor, Previously with 15 years at GSK, Steve has seen it all!. Represented Scotland in Badminton.  Key focus on positive attitude, increased confidence and reliance, leadership, and improving team performance

Steve has undergone intensive training, including a Diploma in Coaching, accredited to the European Coaching Institute.

He has also completed the internationally renowned Anthony Robbins Mastery University and Leadership Programmes and is a member of the Association of Coaching. From first hand experience he understands the business roles in manufacturing and head office environments. He understands and empathises with the problems clients bring.

He focuses particularly on performance and leadership where he has strong experience in Pharma, Energy and Technology sectors.
